I was stuck at my Mom's house over Thanksgiving, and needed something, anything, to improve on microwaved frozen broccoli. I tried this with crushed triscuits, za'atar spice, minced garlic, Mrs. Dash Spicy, and a little salt. No cheese. Used convection oven at 400, 20 minutes or so. It was amazingly delicious. Thank you for the idea! I will do it again. It makes frozen broccoli something to look forward to!

I googled 'Roasting Frozen Broccoli' and found your recipe - it was totally amazeballs! The only thing I changed was draining off some of the liquid half way through the cooking process for a crispier finish. So delish! :)

Thank you! We did struggle a bit with the chatter marks. Turns out I was much better suited to operating it than my husband was. We tried out an edge sander as well, which helped a little but introduced its own set of problems. Finally we borrowed a belt sander, which has really helped for final touch-up and just picked up an RO sander. Care to weigh in on your preferred equipment for refinishing floors?

Those drum sanders tend to leave chatter marks, BUT when the floor is sanded and you are doing the final grit do it diagonally first then do it straight, this will give you the flattest possible finish (or maybe do this on the 80 grit, then 80 grit straight then 100 or 120) Good luck! :)
